TY-DS series

Two lower moulds on a shuttle. One mould is formed while the other is taken out and loaded — then the table slides across. Loading time disappears from the cycle, and the operator always works outside the clamp.

How it works

Double slide mode

Two lower moulds slide alternately: one moulds, the other is unloaded and loaded at the same time.

Higher output, same clamp

The clamp never waits for the operator — ideal for insert-heavy parts in series production.

Nitrided slide platens

Slide platens are nitrided for a longer service life.

04

High operating safety

Loading stations sit left and right of the clamp, outside the mould area.
