KMS focuses on one thing: vertical injection moulding machines that turn inserts into finished, higher-value parts. Insert moulding, insert overmoulding and metal overmoulding are not a side capability here — they are what the machines are built for.
The platform
The machines are built on a manufacturing platform developed over nearly 20 years, combining German injection-technology partnerships with a Japanese-derived management and quality system under ISO. Three production bases give a capacity of 4,000 units per year, with clamping force from 0.5 to 2,500 t and injection capacity from 5 to 30,000 g.
That range has served more than 5,000 customers worldwide — from single insert-moulding cells to fully automated multi-station lines.
